Yes. Download your day-of packet and save your emergency view to your phone ahead of time. Both work in airplane mode—no signal required.
Do couples need to join VowSpace?
No. You can use VowSpace to manage weddings independently. If you want to invite a couple to view their timeline or collaborate, you can—but it's optional.
Can I use this if my couple uses another wedding website?
Absolutely. VowSpace is your planning workspace, not a replacement for the couple's guest-facing website. Many planners use VowSpace alongside other tools.
Is my data exportable?
Yes. You can export timelines, vendor lists, and checklists to PDF. Lock screen slices download as images. Your data belongs to you.
What happens after Early Access ends?
You'll have the option to continue on a paid plan. We'll give you plenty of notice before any transition, and you'll never lose access to your data.
Does VowSpace replace my contract and invoicing tools?
Not yet. Contracts, invoices, and payments are on our roadmap but not included today.
