EventPix Guest Uploads

Guests who upload photos via EventPix may do so without creating an account. In such cases, we may collect limited information necessary to process the upload, such as the uploaded content and basic technical metadata (for example, upload timestamps, device or browser type, and IP address).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Enable features such as guest lists, RSVPs, budgets, timelines, and photo sharing
  • Send important service-related communications
  • Respond to support requests and inquiries
  • Improve, personalize, and optimize the Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use your personal information for unrelated purposes without your consent, except as permitted by law.

EventPix photos and uploads are not guaranteed to be stored indefinitely. Users are encouraged to download and back up important content promptly.

  • Export your data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
